Cover was scratched (more like cuts) allover its surface. Pages were intact, luckily.

Good service but size of print on label to small. Ordered 4 books came in 3 separate parcels. Two went next door to estranged neighbours next door. (Postman could't see difference between 24 and 28 as print to small)

Hi Jean - Thank you for your review. We're sorry your order arrived later than you expected. We source some of our items from our suppliers around the world, but delivery estimates, including the dispatch time, should always be outlined to you on the product page and when you move forward with the ordering process. We still hope this does not deter your from ordering from us in the future.

I love Wordery's prices and the service is usually of a very high standard. However, I've had to go three stars as my opinion has slightly changed. I ordered three books (volume 1-3 in a series) but only 1 & 3 arrived on time. A few more days past and I just put it down to unusual delays. Then I got an email to say that Book 2 was no longer available, after I had all ready purchased it, and that they'd send it me when/if it was back in stock. Whilst I appreciate being kept up to date, there was no time scale attached to this so I just had to wait it out. It finally arrived around a fortnight later. This is the only gripe I have with Wordery and although it's made me slightly trepidatious with my next purchase, Wordery is still the best book selling store out there.

Good prices, long lead times and order of 4 books came in 4 separate deliveries, which could be awkward for some people.

Dear Kevin, Thank you for your review. We always try to consolidate our deliveries into the smallest number of parcels. If the dispatch times of the books on a single order vary, we usually can't send everything in one parcel. The Art book took a long time to get. I live in NYC. Once the capitol of the world for books and rare stuff. The past!! The communication was good and very professional. I was a little frustrated. I have the book on my table very happy. If the book would of arrived on time based on their posted dates to me I would've given 5 stars.

Unfortunately the book provided was a photocopy and many of the photographs were very poor quality and parts were unreadable.

Too slow. Sat on the order for 6 days before shipping, and even told me that the book was in stock. Then why not ship in a timely manner?

This time there was quite a delay in depatch and it wd Have been nice to have been kept in touch about the reason for the delay. When they came all was fine

The book was scratched a lot, but the box was OK, so it was probably send like that. Doesn’t look like delivery’s mistake. Which makes this situation not great for my experience with Wordery. That’s a pity.

Price and delivery were great. However the packaging was not good: inside the box was stuffed with crumpled paper, the cut edges of the book pages were against the crumpled paper, and marked the edges of the pages, including some crumpling of the edges of the book cover.
