The items arrived fine and promptly but I object to the dual pricing Wordery operates - one price if you buy via Amazon but a different price if you buy the same book direct from their website. I think some customers won't realise and will end up spending more (usually ordering via Amazon is more expensive). Best advice - shop around even with the same company where they sell via different platforms.

The book arrived as usual time frame but last two orders came damaged boxes. corners of the hardback book come crumpled and this time it was damaged to the extent it was worned teared. other than that it was good, Acceptable.

My book arrived safe and well. However, the package had opened in the post at one end and Royal Mail had secured it with elastic bands to keep the book inside. Other than that, no problem.

The item never arrived but they did refund the money or at least say they would. I haven't checked yet.

Item sent in rather flimsy carton and suffered a slight tear to the dust jacket. Otherwise a quick and hassle free service.

Service was good although pages of book were creased - packaging was intact so it must have been packaged up like this - which means the condition was know before being sent - disappointed as book was a birthday present and there was insufficient time to obtain a replacement

I think delivery could be a little faster but my books have always came in great condition.

The service was good but the type of packaging used needs to be updated. Both books I bought were new paperback, yet the corners and edges were damaged (during transit, I presume). The adhesive cardboard is too big and allows too much movement of the enclosed goods. The packaging is also too bulky with SO much wastage!! Perhaps flexible ribbed cardboard packaging might work better - or even 4 or 5 sheets of old newspaper with plain paper on the outside for addressing etc?

I do enjoy the large selection of books. However, it took 18 days for the book I ordered to get to me.

The delivery estimate given when you placed your order was 13 - 18 working days.
