“As the oversized box containing the smaller book did not fit a standard letter box I had to do a 20 mile round trip to collect from Royal Mail dept as I was not in to receive the parcel. It might be useful and to save on cardboard to put whenever possible a letterbox size box. The service was prompt but the inconvenience took the edge off it. Regards A Pinfold”

“Buying process on website was easy and convenient but lack of transparency around tracking information made it really hard to plan for delivery times. My order arrived a few days past the maximum delivery date and as a result, I was unable to give my gift on time.”

“I didn't realized that this book -Mo'olelo of Pele and Hiiaka is in the Hawaiian language. I actually want it in English. I will be returning this book and asked if you have it in English please. I was so looking forward to receiving it and reading it when I got it. But, no can do. Your service in obtaining this book was a bit long, but I guess that's expected since I'm in Hawai'i. Thanks!”
