“If you want me to review your service you need to tell me what item was involved. I've been buying books, music and other gifts and it would need research to remind me what item involved Wordery before I could even try and remember what the service was like. Sorry!”

“None of the books I ordered on 4 December has arrived with me in Portugal. Luckily none is a Christmas present, but I am very disappointed that there should be such a delay, even given possible postal problems at this time of year.”

“My e-mail explained you have not had any recent orders when l checked. So I ordered the book l wanted for a Christmas present. It turned out l had already ordered the book. I was left with two copies! Just to rub it in l was told that l had to pay postage to return one of the books and pay for the return!!”

“I ordered 3 Riverdale books for my daughter for Christmas. Vol 1 and 3 arrived in good condition and in good time however, I was informed that Vol 2 would be delayed. Expected delivery date between 12-18 December. 18 December arrived and still no book. Tracking was showing as not received by supplier and that was after 2 weeks, i then initiated a cancellation and requested a refund, which Wordery did.”

“The website was having trouble processing my order, it took 3 attempts to pay. I then discovered it had placed the order twice that one of the attempts where it said it failed hadn't. From the email I contacted Wordery straight away to cancel the order who said they couldn't I'd have to wait to receive my order and do returns. Which then ended up costing us £3 in postage on an order that was £7. I think the confirmation order needs wording that you can't cancel your order at this stage.”

“I love Wordery. You have good offers and quick delivery. However, as we consumers are all becoming more aware of the carbon footprint of everything - I would very much appreciate it if you could send my order of 2 books together, as this would halve the cost of transportation, and therefore emissions, as well as packaging. I appreciate that in some cases this would not be practical, but I am sure much of the time it is. It would no doubt save you money as well. Thanks”
