Have been a customer for a long time and had good service but recently there have been more issues with slow delivery. I ordered on 15th Jan and still not delivered and just had an email about a further delay.

Wordery is easy to use with lot of reference avaiable. Sadly, I can't gave a better rating, since most of the reference are nearly always unavaible in stock. As an oversea customer, buying books one by one when they become avaiable (if they does) ain't really efective. There even is a couple of books, not that old, that have been marked as unavaible for more than 1 year without any moment they where back in stock, when I can see them in stock on other selling site (although as thoses site make you pay the Country toll, it's not really worth buying from is the book is not worth a lot...).

My order took a lot of time to arrive and it came in separated packages. Apart from that, all books were in perfect condition. As a suggestion, and I don't kwon if it's possible to manage that, I would say to improve the delivery time for EU countries.

Unfortunately we are seeing delays due to Portugal customs strikes back in May, I’m afraid that this is out of our control. We are also sorry to hear that your order arrived in separate packages, this is something we are always trying to improve. We try to pack as orders in as few parcels as possible, however as we obtain our stock from various suppliers, some items will be dispatched as soon as the stock reaches our warehouse. In the past l have always favoured using Wordery but the latest order has taken over two weeks to complete missing the date for a birthday

I ordered 2 jigsaws, both very nice thank you. One of which the jigsaw puzzle was so loose I couldn’t join the puzzle up and move pieces.

I ordered 15 books, which, although they arrived very quickly, came in 15 separate parcels. Considering the fact that many of them arrived on the exact same day, in the exact same packages, I do not think that they came from different warehouses. So why send them separately??? This was such a waste. I would have much preferred to receive them at a later date, but in one go.

Always reliable but for some reason ordering online the last three times brought up a “what the dickens” emoji as obviously something wasn’t working on the site. Very frustrating

The goods were as ordered but delivery was not good it took too long would be better service from Royal Mail and would be willing to pay the extra for this service

No problem with ordering & communications from you. As always online ordering works well. The problem is after you have passed delivery over to Evri.....they don't deliver as advised, they ignore specific instructions to leave in my "safe place" and they are virtually impossible to contact...all you get is a lousy/useless chatbot. Switch to a decent carrier & you'd get a 5* rating!

I tried to cancel the order very shortly after ordering but your system does not permit that. So I had to wait for delivery and make a return for refund. I returned the item but still have not got the refund.
