“Very good service from Wordery, somewhat let down by postal service who didn't manage to deliver. Wordery replaced the book. I waited nearly a month for a book which seems rather ridiculous but can't really blame Wordery for that.”

“I would prefer if the books in one order were sent together, not each one seperately, but I recieved everything by the date it was promised, so can't complain.”

“My first order was delivered to someone else and Wordery sent me a replacement. The customer service advisor was very helpfull though the experience with the courrier working with Wordery was bad since the first order was signed for and received by someone else than me.”

“Wordery is very good, but the cardboard box of your packages are too light compared to the weight of the books that I order from you. My last package was open. One time my package was empty.”

“Excellent choice of titles, easy site to navigate, quick dispatch BUT, despite reading that delivery is free worldwide, we were charged customs duty upon arrival. It would be better if Wirdery shipped from Europe to European nations. Ordering from the UK is quite costly now, given customs taxes imposed.”
