“Had an issue with courses being assigned that were no longer required but couldn't remove to reasign for some reason. Utilized their chat feature and connected with Onnel, he was very helpful with my requests and even found other courses from another inactive account that were purchased by my company that he was able to merge with mine. GREAT Customer service!!”

“When I tried to use it was unable to control my answers and then it froze and unable to continue so I wasted my money and won't be able to get reimbursement from my employer for it cause it ain't complete and I don't believe in wasting any more of time waiting and waiting for it to unfreeze for me to continue.”

“1-All chapters must be covered in detail 2-Fall clearance distance instruction (P101) and Activity 8-1 Number 1 must be reviewd again, as there is a conflict between the answer given in PPT and the instruction (Calculating fall arrest distance)”
