“A quick note... The device requirements should be identified before allowing users to purchase an online version of your course.. Also the course outline that was shown to me had no specifics about the actual material, and or test. I took the test and passed based on the knowledge I already had about aerial lifts etc, but the course outline did not touch on these specifics. There are spelling mistakes inside the exam itself. Your customer service staff was pleasant and helful. Also i would be nice if you automatically emailed a certificate to the holder upon completion of the test... I did it on ipad, and have no way to print the document, other than a screen capture. Please look into the pretest outline content specifically...without general knowledge about lifts, and towing..I would not have passed the course.”

“The course in itself was good other than the last few lessons that were directed at different provinces and I only required Ontario and that was waste of time. The biggest problem was when I tried to contact customer service and left on hold”

“I found that the program would glitch and continually skip back to the start which delayed my completion by about an hour. Very annoying!! The price was high enough that these glitches shouldn’t occur”
