Returned a pair of work trousers to exchange for a different size as per return sheet only to be told my money was being refunded and no exchange was offered. Although the correct order was sent 1 pair of pants seemed slightly smaller on the waist size hence being returned as per instructions provided

Wrong order, all t shirts ruined but due to short notice I had to use brand damaging uniforms. And I had to pay for them. This was a further kick in the teeth. I will not be using them again.

However, the artwork process we have in place is designed to ensure that all logos and designs are produced to the exacting standard that both you as a customer, and us as a company, would expect in every single order we produce. Very poor service, firstly had to pay for the full order before receiving visuals, then when i put order through we were told a week later you haven't got the colour we ordered, so had to unwillingly change colour, we are a charity and had a deadline to keep. After receiving the waistcoats, we counted 14 less from what we had ordered and 12 damaged waistcoats! Have now received the missing waistcoats 2 weeks later but still waiting for the 12 replacements.

Very poor had caps embroidered had to return them as did not look good been waiting for new artwork this has not happed I have been the one chasing up my order. I have given up and will seek another company to carry out my work very disappointed with the poor communication

Received the t shirt order, very pleased with expected the 2 blouses to have the same motif and didn't. Follow up customer service was poor, won't be returning for the rest of my orders in the future. Good trial though, glad i didn't order more.

Not happy with workwear Express as 2 of the 4 polos had logos that weren't level. I asked for embroidered logos but for some reason the order switched to print. Also ordered fleece with embroidered logo, but came with nothing. Did speak to someone at workwear Express and they said that's what I ordered. But I specifically want embroidered items as they look so much better and professional. I've binned them and gone else wear.

I still cannot come to terms with the shocking (no other word) delivery of badly soiled, damaged, short numbers, wrong sized delivery of t shirts rammed into the parcel. Is one of your people taking revenge on you, can't be me, my first ever and last ever purchase from you? I wait to see how your refund process works. D Jones

Poor quality print, one jacket was right with print on right sleeve, the other was wrong with print on left sleeve, very poor communication to have the wrong jacket replaced, the issue was sorted within 3 weeks. I would not recommend Workwear Express to anybody.

One order came with 3 missing items and the other one it came a day later. When I sent my feedback no compensation from their side.

This parcel was due to arrive last Wednesday it didn’t so I phoned your computer any who said that they couldn’t find it so would issue a replacement one which would arrive at my address not the pick up point on Monday it didn’t arrive so I assume I have to collect from the pick up point after all not very happy

I've used WE for past few years and never had an issue with orders...until now! Put an order through and asked specifically for Logo on back of vis vests. Followed steps carefully and expected a proof to be forwarded prior to print. Workwear Express made an assumption that I wanted a previous order with Text on back not Logo even though the website clearly has a choice of Logo. Apparently the customer is not always right and I was informed that this is what I ordered over a year ago so they gave me the same. Unfortunately their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and have accused me of the mistake and would not refund. I didn't ask for a refund!!! Not so much as a discount on my next purchase to keep their customer even after their mistake. Poor performance Workwear Express-Will definitely seek a supplier who avoids problems not causes them. BUYER BE WARNED!

Do not use this company ! I ordered a brown apron for my son in law in Belfast and instead received 4 black polo shirts. On complaining by phone they sent a courier to collect the shirts, but still no sign of the apron at either address, although they are happy to take my money!

Ordred 100% polyester t-shirts and received 60/40 polyester and cotton. Contacted Work Wear and told can not help because they are printed t-shirt with my logo on them! Not my fault they sent the wrong t-shirts!!

Size not as advertised - way bigger than standard sized garments. Didn't complain initially as no big deal for 3 t shirts. Received a call from customer care 4 days ago, just them checking to see if order was okay. Discussed the sizing issue, was told that someone would call me back later than day to sort the issue, which I thought was great. No call though, which means not only am I disappointed with the sizing, but the fact I was contacted to check everything was okay, to the not follow up on a promise suggested by yourselves is very poor form.

Delivered to the wrong address due to a technical error and no attempt to resolve. Will be re-writing this review wherever possible.

Ordered online to be collected and only to be told It’s delivery only. Spoke to customer service with screen shot to prove I could collect it. They were not aware of this. Uniform itself was wrong size. The company will taking business elsewhere for future uniforms of employees.
