“I placed the order on the 16th December for Christmas presents to then be told my order will not be dispatched until the 6th January! So I asked for a refund on 18th December and still have not received my money back! Order SO943010”

Hello Hannah, Our normal turnaround for a new order is normally 7-10 working days however with the Christmas break that does affect our turn around time during the festive period. “Designed the jacket online as a Christmas present for my Dad. Was hoping it would arrive in time, but it was quite short notice so the delivery date wasn't due till early January. Couldn't believe it when it arrived just before Christmas, exactly as designed online. Great service, great product, would thoroughly recommend.”
