Would have give lower than 1*. Ordered 2 tops. Received one. Wrote to ask what happened to the other and told 3 times it had been sent but never received. Still haven't got it and disgusted.

Delivery charge way too much,remember everything is ex VAT,which means these bams are really expensive.Have now banned my wife from ordering workwear,she got the wrong size aswell,we will see how Workwear Ex. handle returns

1 month to arrive :-( no information given about the order or a reason for its delay unless I chased them. It's a shame but not a company I will be using again in a hurry.

Waiting over a month for an order of basic t shirts with basic printing, no correspondence or updates, constantly had to chase for information. Not impressed and will be placing business elsewhere in future.

I really do not understand how the ratings have been shown as 4.25/5 on this site! For future customers, please look at reviews from Google! That is a more true representation. I am completely dissatisfied with the lack and quite unapologetic nature of the customer service team, hidden charges added, that do not show in your order, prices that state Inc VAT, then to receive a bill higher with VAT added, extortionate delivery costs and although stated as 'express' be prepared to wait over a week and with no details of tracking provided. The quality of t shirts received, are also very poor. It's so unfortunate, as website looks great and I was going to purchase a larger order, but based on my initial experience and reading numerous similar reviews to mine, I will not. No doubt, I will receive emails, passing on any responsibility to 3rd party vendors. Do not use, workwear are a middle man you do not need, can quite easily go elsewhere and save yourself money and most of all time and inconvenience. I've never encountered such poor service from a company in a long duration of time. Best wishes

Useless company. Ordered goods. Confirmed delivery date. Heard nothing. Chased them again and again. Kept being told order delayed. Cancelled order. Now waited over 30 days for a refund. Company refuse to give me name of anyone I can speak to other than generic email addresses which get ignored.

Worst company to deal with will never order again shirt came at least 3 inch smaller than M&S shirt innsame size called customer services terrible response no help was basically told tough will never use this company again .

The prices workwear express charge are an absolute joke. Shop around and you'll save £100's on small business orders.

Paid for t-shirts and jumpers to get them quickly which was more than another company I approached. Invoice stated a dispatch date but the company tell me you should ignore this official document its not correct. Went to complain listening to the hold music saying 4 to 6 days again told to ignore this as this is incorrect also. (appreciate it is difficult times with covid but not really an excuse as this could be changed) Sent them an official logo with the telephone number on which was correct. The sent me a proof which I checked on my phone in part to see if the location was in the correct place and approved. Received the t-shirts and they have taken a pdf logo with correct info changed it removing a digit from the mobile number and now want me to pay £100 for a new set as they can't see that the issues is theirs. Even though its a tiny amount of money will take legal out of principal. Shocking company who seems to suggest you ignore their legal docs and don't bother sending in the correct info as they will change it anyway and take zero responsibility.

For a 3,69£ hi viz vest(VAT+transport) I paid 12,46£ in total which is almost 4 times more than the initial value of that piece of fabric... Never recommend or buy again!

One star is one two many, make sure any quote is in writing as a price is quoted, you order then they phone to say its price has doubled !! then you to pay the difference.

The word "express" here is without any sence. I was waiting for my order around 1 week, even I paid no cheap for courier (just one delivery option here). The size M was huge and looked a bit different then on website. I've send my email to their agent, to change the size for XS, received the label from them and have send M size back at the same day. In 6 days I've send them email "When I'll receive my item?" And the agent apologyzed - they've missed my inquiry (!!!) and they will send it now. I was waited again around 5 days. The XS size was so weird, I've decided to sew it how I need and not to send back (post offices here doesn't work). Actually, I am very disappointed with quality and service, this was much better on Amazon.

Prices are not what you will pay! If you want to find out how much you'll really be paying, double it, and then it's just about what you will be paying. Cheeky c*nts!

this is my second time dealing with them. the first time i had some issues but overlooked it. this second time is horrendous. i chose Fruit of the loom SS060 this is not the first time i am buying this product from other dealers, what WORK WEAR express sent is RIDICULOUS. the material is nothing like the one I buy from others and their own is so flimsy. you could literally see the end of the street even with the t-shirt used to blindfold you. secondly the print was TOO large it went right from the top under your chin to the very end of the shirt. very different from what I sent to them and also the person in charge decided to print black on dark coloured shirts which made the lettering not LEGIBLE. lastly, the t-shirt sizes are ridiculous. I measured them and took pictures to show them but they pretended not to even see my message as they refused to reply to me till date...the sleeves for M, L, XL, XXL is so similar its hard to fit anyone. I regret coming back to you. I should have known that you are CHEAP means high chances of getting JUNK. NOW all I have stated can be considered a mistake or accident, I lodged a complain several times, they took their time to reply, their responses are so lame they kept asking for pictures even after I emailed it to them. the lady i spoke with was very rude and arrogant. I will never go back to you and never recommend your service to anyone. I should have learnt from the first dealing. their customer service is POOR. you can delete this review i will announce it to as many places and for as many people that care to hear it. you need to improve on your service. your tailor needs to be changed.

Absolutely horrible experience with the company. We ordered around 200 hoodies for a show, in which NONE of them came out right as the printing was not up to the standard that we paid for. When we asked for a refund, the request was denied instantly. Within that, all the orders arrived late - after the show had finished- which was a MAJOR inconvenience to the performers, who had expected to wear it on the show day. Complete waste of time, effort and money if you order from this company!

Not impressed at all with the services provided by this company, the design was not up to the standard promised and they were not willing to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Waste of time, they are not what they state to be !

Really bad quality, didn't deliver part of the order, really bad customer services, the personalised names printed on the back of hoodies get covered by the hoods such is just pointless and is a terrible design. Got the colour for the artwork wrong. Delayed deliver by a week and said they would deliver the following week if a payment was made, then failed to deliver anyway. Found this to be incredibly misleading!!!
