I thought I ordered Blue Max Penthouse but received Banner. Cheap alternative that has gone ‘bobbled’ on the front first time wearing. Not cheap, didn’t expect cheap material so will not order again. I am very unhappy with the quality!

I placed an order two weeks ago for two polos to be embroidered and two baseball tops to be printed with my companies logo. I was contacted three days after completing my order on their website and paying to be advised I had to pay an additional charge to set up embroidery NONE of this was advised before taking my money. and here I am two and a half weeks later no customised items and no refund despite asking for a refund and to cancel foursomes over the past week. 24 hr turnaround lol

• I sent your company an email asking for a quote for specific sized T-Shirts. • I received a quote for these T-shirts • I queried the sizing and was told by your company that what you had quoted was appropriate for what I asked for • I proceeded with the order • On delivery, the sizes were completely different for what I ordered • T-Shirts were returned to you • You reviewed email and telephone correspondence and agreed that the T-shirts were not the sizes that I originally asked for • You tell me that you will not replace the T-shirts with the correct sizes and ask me to re-order with a 10% discount

Twice ordered 2 tunics. First time, simple logo couldn't be provided. Second time, advertised tunics not available, stock returned to manufacturer as faulty. These things happen but still no tunics as the ones selected looked absolutely perfect! Sorry.

These T-shirts are very thin, and definitely not heavy as they describe. They also shrink a lot in length. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

I had a terrible experience with workwear express. They messed up the whole order and wasted my whole hour trying to rectifying their error. Gemma from customer service team was not helpful at all.

Without doubt the worst customer care I've ever received! I ordered some T-shirts with my business logo on, When I received the T-shirts the logo was out of position (almost into the armpit). They were supposed to send a PROOF of how it would look as it states on the website BUT I was told later, that only happens if the customer asks for it! I first spoke to the online help (apparently only there to assist people with new orders) and was told to ring the following day. I rang the next day and was asked to send pictures to show the problem (I did) and they conceded it was a fault at their end. I was then told I'd have to send the defective T-shirts back before I received the new ones. I needed the T-shirts ASAP and insisted that it wasn't good enough. The next day I Spoke to them again and asked if they could send out the new shirts with the 24-hour turnaround service they provide. I was told that wouldn't be possible (even though you could order 24 hour goods from the website at that time) after a few phone calls later they agreed to do it and made out that they were doing me a favour! I also asked why the shirts weren't checked and they said that they can't possibly check them all (all the -shirts were misprinted) and that they'll always be human error which i understand but the problem is they make out that they're doing me a favour by rectifying it and they only did it quickly after several phone calls. To make things worse I've had several e-mails and calls asking me to return the old T-shirts which I had to agreed to but at my leisure. I let a lot of people down with the T-shirts being late and I've been offered nothing in the way of compensation until the other T-shirts are returned (Like they're holding me to ransom). To make things worse, check the photo below of the logo after 2 30 degree washes! AVOID!

I had ordered large t shirts and xl t shirts and when the order arrived I checked the top shirts and they were large. I then sent them to my printers and unbeknown to me I had been sent small t shirts which had been printed and when I raised this with you it was basically my fault even though I was sent the wrong size. I wont be using workwear express again as they sent the wrong size

Terrible service. Item sizes on website for the products we ordered were incorrect. Short aprons were even shorter by 150mm in length. Tedious process and returns policy even though I sent photo evidence of incorrect sized garments. Company wanted us to return and then do a review with the supplier before even making a decision. This should have been a straight FULL refund for items sold not as described. First time customer and will never use again.

Workwear Express has left itself dependent on its sole courier's software to track deliveries. Unfortunately, the DPD driver in Buxton cannot follow simple instructions to leave items with 'any neighbour.' The very same autistic DPD driver had failed to leave my deliveries with my neighbours on eight previous occasions. As a paying customer I expect to select a courier service from a list of three companies. As Workwear Express ae wedded to DPD I have no option but to add Workwear Express to my blacklist of online vendors.

The customer service I have received has been awful. Firstly the wrong items were delivered, I didn't get a returns label or any information. I had to ask about this which I emailed Connor Lowe about who said 'apologies for the mix up' and gave me a number to call. I then had to print out the collect plus label myself and returned the items, I was going to exchange but thought this would be too difficult. Finally I have been refunded the wrong amount as again the wrong items have been listed that I returned for some reason.I am currently in contact with Janet Fenwick and Mark Graham about this. Overall this has been an appalling service. Nick Barnes
