“After issues with colour accuracys on the website and unhelpful service from certain members of the the team - Hannah Sanderson has been unbelievably helpful and really turned my opinion round of the service I received. She has amazing customer service abilities and really salvaged an unsatisfactory situation! Thank you again Hannah”

“Quick and professional service and my logo is of good quality. Five stars would have been given if it wasn't for the fact that when I ordered two different polos to see if I'd like them better, even though I purchased the same size as my first order, they were so much bigger and don't fit me at all. £42 spent on two polos that can only be used as car wraggs. Just be wary of the sizes.”

“I rang to advise a recently-purchased garment was coming undone but there were no customer service staff available. So I was advised to email the team, which I did last week. Still no response and this, after a dreadful 'lost' order and 'out of stock' delays when we first ordered. The clothing isn't fit to work in; there's no express about the service and customers really don't seem that important. What do I have to do to get a decent result??? UPDATE: A very helpful lady called Hannah rang me back and was able to get the whole situation resolved more positively. Thank goodness for Hannah! She rang back when she promised, arranged for repair of the original item and also a replacement because of the inconvenience to us. Knew who to speak to to get things moving and told some key managers how their staff are performing. It is due to Hannah that I have increased my rating. She was professional, sympathetic and aware of the value of good PR. let's hope the rest of the organisation follows...”
