Pricing was competitive but we had a current supplier in place so before we changed supplier we required to see the quality. I was told that we had to pay for a sample and that you didn't embroider sampled product. We were therefore left with a t shirt and no logo. We received it and it was the same quality however the photo that was sent as to your embroidery didn't satisfy the Managing Director so we remained with the current supplier.

The last 4 orders have all had errors. Even when we give the correct information, wrong embroidey wrong colour.

I ordered XL I usually only buy L thinking there would be lots of room, they are very small fitting more like a M.

In the comments box I had asked for the lettering to be a darker colour ! This was ignored

The print has peeled off after 2 weeks on the tshirts and the stitching on the hoodies has started to come away.

Products were not in stock, communication was difficult, design department created proof using the wrong garments and the wrong logos, the proof of the hard hats I ordered looked rubbish. The whole process took far too long.

The items I bought were good quality but unfortunately because they were in men's sizes, they were too baggy & shapeless for my body shape. I returned them over a week ago and I'm still waiting for my refunds (was planning to contact your customer services on Friday if no refund made).

We ordered several items of clothing to be embroidered, with express printing, it was stated on the order acknowledgement that shipment was to be dispatched, the 24th of May to arrive the 25th... We then got told it would be delivered today the 31st of May, but when I inquired on it's whereabouts it seems that it's only been dispatched today.

I sent over exactly what I wanted - artwork in ai format - for the front chest area of an apron. It took about 4 proofs and more than that many phone calls to get to where we wanted to be. It was just a really arduous process, for something that I thought was going to be easy. I just wanted two aprons printed with artwork that was already designed! Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Poor quality for the price. Colour fades, garment looses shape after 2 washes. Glad i tested it before buying more!

We were very happy with the service the first time we used Workwear Express but unfortunately this year for some reason communication problems ocurred from when we first placed the order mid-March in spite of emails and calls to confirm that the correct logo was being used. As a consequence we didn't receive the goods for nearly 7 weeks. This caused problems for us time-wise as we needed the clothing for an important event and for yourselves due to the cost involved in re-doing the logos and shipping. All is resolved now and again, no complaints about the actual product now we have it, but reservations about ordering online again as the system failed to work smoothly for us.

Another mistake when reordering different colour tops sent! Last time it was black this time it was green...we have been ordering our uniform tops for sometime now. Prices seem to increase and customer service decreases

I have ordered from workwear express before and everything was fine. But this time my trousers have come apart at the seam.. poor quality. And I have to pay return postage! Not good.

I ordered some Tshirts and trousers for my step daughters new job, I ordered small t shirts and they were tiny, they wouldn't even fit my 11 year old son when tried, the trousers were poor quality and see through, the refund I got was less the delivery charge which I thought was poor

Website was easy to use, t-shirts were delivered fairly promptly but they only survived one wash at 40 degrees (as advised on the label) before they shrank. I suppose that's what happens when you buy t-shirts for a few pounds each!

I still haven't received my order. I normally have great experiences with workwear express but I sent 2 emails enquiring about my order and I still haven't had a response.
