“Placed an order on a Thursday. Email said the order would be delivered the next Wednesday, then on the Monday had an email saying that my order would not be available until 13/03/20 nearly 3 months time. Had to get a refund. Items should not be advertised if you cannot deliver in a reasonable time scale.”

Hello Nigel, Having looked into your order, the item on your order is not one that we hold in stock, due to this as soon as we were advised of the delay we contacted you to make you aware. However I can see that the team did cancel and get the refund processed for you on the system as soon as you have advised us of the next steps. “Sizes all wrong 29” leg is actually 34” in reality - even though it says 29 inches. T shirt sizes are massive compared to other companies sizes. So all hugely too big. Now I have to mess about sending it all back and I haven’t the time, or the clothing I need for my new job. A huge waste of time and hassle.”

“When ordering the my item it was very fast and easy to use. Customer Service was very helpful through out the process. However, the price I paid and the quality of the sweatshirt I bought is embarrassing. The sweatshirt itself is not good quality at all! I wish I took my business elsewhere.”

“Very happy with the service, the online chat facility is excellent. The order arrived promptly and is just as I hoped. I thought that the price was extremely good as it included the printing. I was out when the box was delivered and the courier had thrown it over my 9 foot gate onto my driveway. Fortunately I found it before it rained and you can not be responsible for a French courier. Thank you!”

“Overpriced. Cost me another £130 just to have a different colour logo on 12 tops. Delivered them to the wrong address. Shocking, found somewhere so much better for my clothing. Tshirts are poor quality, stitching is lose in majority of them. Logo was t the size I gave either, over terrible!!”
