“Fantastic service, l wish l'd tried them first. Ordered a tent from Millets that was supposedly in stock and it took them three days to tell me it was out of stock. With only days to go before we we were due to go camping, l ordered the same tent from World of Camping for less, plus over £90 worth of accessories and it arrived only two days later. Will definitely use them again.”

“The ordering process was good, although I was emailed later to say that the chair I'd ordered was not in stock. As it had been ordered for a birthday present, I replied to the email to emphasise the need to keep me posted on likely dates. This email was replied to - thank you - and the chair arrived well within the date range I had been given.”

“I found the site easy to use, and found the product I wanted easily and quickly. However, I found a better price on another site, but they could not deliver it. I contacted the sales team, and despite the "Price Match Guarantee", they did not match the price on the other site. I settled for a £20 reduction instead of the £40 reduction that would have matched the price on the other site. I received my order the next day, so I can't fault their delivery service.”
