“On the off chance we took a drive to the industrial unit, to see if we could do a click and collect order on arrival. Despite taking a while to find the industrial unit, a polite gentleman agreed that we could place the order while we were there and he would process it straight away. We did just that and within 15 minutes we were on our way with our item. Very happy, brilliant customer service camping world :)”

The person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful in talking through the options and finding information so that I could make an informed decision. Having made the purchase, I waited in their car park for a couple of minutes for the order to be ready, before going in to collect it, but it was brought out to the car by a very friendly employee. Fantastic customer service.”
