“From the user friendly website to the HELP section and personal contribution by staff makes this company one of the best to deal with. 5 stars also to their choice of carriers who made a fast and reliable delivery. In the past we have had so much trouble from carriers who just do not want to deliver professionally.”

“Product received was not as per the description given on website. Was told by World if Camping that the erroneous parts had been discussed with manufacturer, but that product was as per design, so it had “no fault”, However we purchased item based on advertised features. The matter is still a dispute with World of Camping. Very disappointing and poor response to issue do far.”

“Dear World of Camping, The refrigerator we ordered was delivered as expected. It was well packed, and there was no difficulty unpacking it. The product worked first time, with no trouble. There was a small amount of "smell" while the unit bedded in (it may be useful to mention to future purchasers), but this disappeared quickly. Thank you for the helpful service. Although we are not campers ( the "frig" is for a well ventilated outbuilding at a country property where there are no mains services), we shall return to you if we have any requirement for peripheral hardware. Patrick Lee”

“First time we have ordered from this company and they actually delivered ahead of schedule,they also kept us informed of what time the product would arrive which it did and within 5 minutes of promise. Weather not yet good enough to review the product but if as good as delivery it will be first class Andy”

“Ordered a Kampa Khazi, it was delivered promptly but not packed great. Doesn’t come in a product box but apparently that is how they are delivered from the suppliers. The product had a small ‘chip’ out of the side rim & the lid looked like it had had something sliding around on it or stored on it for a long time. I felt like it was either shop soiled or a return. I called to say I was disappointed with the product & explained why & was immediately offered an exchange, without fuss or question. Exchange arrived promptly, original taken away by delivery courier. Replacement was packed much better & in new condition (apart from a small scratch on the lid but barely noticeable). Haven’t used it yet, but product seems substantial enough for the ‘job’ & we’re looking forward to giving it a test run. Happy with price & service 👍”
