“I purchased a similar type of chair/lounger year ago and this is just as good as the one i am still using, the only difference is there is no cup holder in the small table, but that was my fault for not checking before ordering”

“I ordered a component for a rack , the wrong part was sent to me, W of C refused to refund me until part was returned to them which I duly did and supplied proof of postage. Several weeks on no contact from them only to find their returns people have no knowledge of the return so still no refund. I have had to pay again for the correct part which has now arrived. Have had no contact from them still re. return and my refund , appalling service.”

“Delivery was very fast and price very good. On finding a problem with the product on using, the staff were quick to respond (even though it was out of working hours) and a replacement was sent and faulty one collected within two days.”

“I had a few questions about the awning and they were answered fully. So we went ahead and are SO pleased with it. It's got more than we realised with hooks for lights etc - can't wait to be able to use it. Delivered well and communication was very good throughout the process. Thank you.”

“I ordered 2 chairs and they were delivered promptly and worked out perfectly They are very comfortable and the table makes them perfect to place your mug of tea whilst reading a book My husband and I are delighted with them and made a weekend not going out far more enjoyable”
