“Easy on line chat to answer several questions. Once questions answered I rang up to place my order as I wanted a delayed delivery. This was no trouble for them and my delivery was on the day of my choice 10 days later. Excellent service experienced. Thank you.”

“I ordered a pair of Quest Elite Naples Pro Relaxer Chairs and a Quest Ragley pro blue lounge with side table. The lounger was out of stock, but was informed that it would follow when back in stock, which it did. One of the relaxer chairs was faulty, so I made a phone call to customer services. I was asked to send pictures of the fault which I did, and was immediately sent a replacement, and the faulty chair picked up. Brilliant customer service and will happily use for my future garden comforts.”

“My purchase was for World of Camping's own brand toilet fluid. A friend had recommended this product to me as being an excellent product at a good price.. I have now been buying it for four years. What more can I say? Highly recommended. Try it, you won't be disappointed.”

“Good range of tents to select from. Tent has arrived and seems ok, although not tested it yet. Paid for express Saturday delivery (£19!) and tent didn't arrive. Offices were not open on bank holiday Monday as stated. However they dealt with this complaint the next working day with courtesy and an immediate offer to refund delivery charge. I await said refund (a week later). Fingers crossed.”

“Brilliant packaging, delivery very fast and efficient arrived in perfect condition. Have put the kampa camp bed together took longer than expected but now I've done it once should be quicker and easier nxt time on site, so only criticism a few novices instructions wouldn't go amiss save effort and time otherwise great product, good price can't wait to try it out.”
