“I bought three garden chairs in 2019. I found them in a local 'garden centre' (= coffee shop) for £92 each. World of Camping sold them to me for a sensible price, including free delivery. They handled the whole transaction with speed and courtesy.”

“Even though the first item arrived damaged, it was swiftly dealt with by Jack in two emails. He couldn't have been more helpful, it was really appreciated. The second item arrived on the pre-arranged day and was exchanged by the courier driver. This time it was in fully working order with no broken parts.”

“Very pleased, I purchased an Outwell table, when I opened the box the table was damaged and a part missing due to Outwell and not World of camping. I phoned them, sent some pictures of the faults, WOC apologised and sent out a replacement straightaway and it arrived next day. Great customer service.”

“I had asked for help with this purchase from a manufacturer and a retailer and both had said they could not/would not help me and World of Camping just sorted out sending the tool that I needed, the next day. At all but £10 the p&p was expensive for such a small thing.”
