“I have ordered the big baby book of w sears. Condition was listed 'very good'. When it arrived i could see that book was in a shockingly poor condition. Dirty, cover page torn. With big library stamps inside that it was discarded. Also prices as 80 p marked by biro. I had to wash my hand after throwing the book into the bin. I have contacted customer service of wob and asked for a refund. They never replied. So very bad impression of this company all in all....”

“Highly recommended by me. I've brought numerous books from this company and they never fail to amaze me. The books are in amazing quality for second hand and the price is mind blowing compared to buying a new book. This helps reduce waste as I'm buying a second hand book rather than a new one, it does the same job and I get the same reading experience!! Would highly recommend for everyone:)”

“Its been nearly a month since i placed the order. I have tried contacting them to check why the delivery is delayed, only to learn that another book will be dispatched and I am none the wiser, no book and no explanation!”

“Making use of pre owned books is both cost effective and good for the environment. I am able to share with family and friends and then donate them to a charity shop. Service and delivery excellent. Will defiantly use again and have recommended to family and friends.”

“Book in good condition and delivered on time, just a quick flip of the pages revealed a photo bookmark. I knew the book was used but was concerned that the photo was there - it could easily have been removed by a quick check”
