“Wish I had read this first. Had to call to see when my plants were being delivered as I had ordered plants on 3 different websites. The other 2 had been delivered on time and WofW had not given me date. Called and they said won't be delivered for another 5 days. That means it's taken around 9 days. Not great when all the other plants have to hang around waiting for these ones. I asked to pick them up and the chap said the nursery is closed at the weekends and they wouldn't let me do that anyway. Wasn't helpful and could not provide a solution.
They need to be more transparent and honest. Won't be ordering with them again and I have a load more to order.”
