I was very disappointed as I ordered what I believed to be folded cards and in error ordered flat cards. You would not allow me to return them and they are of no use to me so I wasted just over £15-00. However, the lady I spoke to Sarah was extremely pleasant and helpful

Hello Rosetta We are so sorry you're disappointed. As all our pocket folds, wallets, creased cards, flat cards (in many different shapes and sizes) are available in hundreds of card colour options we cannot carry pre-cut stock and instead cut to order. We do highlight that these products are made to order and are non-returnable which is why we couldn't take them back I'm afraid. We do hope the flat cards you ordered come in handy for something and that we can be of service in the future. We are always happy to advise and guide customers and Sarah will really appreciate your kind comments.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for delivery. Completely missed the date abs purpose of the purchase. Still waiting

We're very sorry that you have not received your order yet. We're not sure if you saw the notification on checkout regarding our Christmas shutdown. While you placed your order on 29.12.20 it was dispatched on 6.1.21 which was the first day we were open after the Christmas break. After you contacted us this morning we have provided you with the tracking information. Unfortunately, although your order was posted RM24 hour, Royal Mail has significant delays with their services. This is due to the increased demand experienced by all delivery providers. In addition, we are aware that many Royal Mail employees are ill or isolating which is restricting services in some areas. We too are disappointed that you have not yet received your order and we will continue to monitor the tracking. If you have any further concerns please contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to help.
