I ordered your cat throw for my daughter's Christmas present. It was depicted as a luxury throw, w/ a raised border & raised cat pictures, in individual frame. It was $89.99. What I got was a throw that looked cheap. No luxurious raised images of cats & no raised borders. It looked like something you'd purchase from a cheap, "box store" chain. 3 months later I'm still tying to get my visa credited for the charge, as I've returned the throw. Needless to say I would not recommend shopping this venue!cl

On this occasion I am not entirely happy but it is probably more to do with An Post in Ireland. I ordered card 10/8/21 for delivery to Ireland. The card reached Dublin on 12/8/21. I was prompted to pay customs which I did but the package is still with An Post in Dublin. I wasn't given a DPD option when I ordered and had I been given the option I would have chosen that delivery method. As a result of the delay I have missed my deadline and now I have to order mirror card again from a different source.

Quick delivery from ordering however the velvet paper I ordered wasn’t what I thought it would be like, I thought it would be textured like fabric, however the pearlescent card was beautiful! Thank you

I recently purchased self-adhesive pearls for my wedding invitations. Unfortunately, the backing stayed on the sheet and not the Pearl. Thankfully I had bought an extra sheet and was able to complete my invites.

wrong card was received even though order and receipt enclosed were correct. Then messages sent via etsy was unfortunately not passed on. When we did get in contact they replied extremely promptly and immediately looked into the error and why it had happened and sent the correct placement, which was an extremely lovely card.

Unfortunately, our messages didn't reach you to begin with but once we established the issue we managed to sort it out and send you the correct card. Hopefully, you will find an occasion to use the card sent in error. Thank you so much for the time you've taken to leave a review. The products you have are very good and the only reason we do not use you more often is because your postage costs are too high.

The first card was sent without the personalised insert. I received email apologising and was informed the company had corrected this by posting a replacement card, including the personalised insert, first class post. Fortunately it arrived in time.

Sadly mistakes do happen on rare occasions but we always do our level best to put things right and to learn from our errors.
