“So I just finished working with Patrick Cohen, Support Monkey at 12:49 CST Friday, 22 March 2019. Dude was awesome! Seriously, he helped me out so much. Patrick was knowledgeable, professional and sharp as a tack. He was quick to diagnose the problem and helped me tremendously. Because of Patrick, I consider this money well-spent. “I got excellent support today with weird issues on my installation. We are yet to see if all got sorted, but it's out of our hands now. I can wholeheartedly recommend the support, it alone is worth quite a bit of money – in addition to excellent plugins!”

“Rupok saved my life today. My site was hacked and I was unable to log into Wordpress to do anything. I couldn't remember to how reach WPMU Dev from outside of my dashboard so I sent a message to their Facebook page. They replied instantly and gave me a link I could use. I was fortunate enough to get Rupok as my tech. He went way above and beyond and spent about 2 hours on chat helping me (and by helping me, I mean he did all the work). He was able to rebuild my site, re-establish my log-in page, and stop me from jumping out a window out of frustration. He is a rockstar. WPMU Dev has always been great helping me sort out whatever website creation issues I have. I was so impressed with the service today that I want to switch my site over from its current host to WPMU DEV.”
