“WPMU DEV has been my go-to ever since I started on Wordpress. They leave no stone unturned in their quest to help. Case in point, I just got off a chat with Nahid, who spent the better part of two hours solving problems that no one else has been able to touch. A true rock star of support. But then, nearly everyone at WPMU DEV falls into that category. I wondered if the monthly subscription price was worth it, but halfway through my free trial I was already convinced to join. It is the best money I pave spent - like having my own WP department in my own home.”

“We had an issue that took down one of our pages and I contacted WPMU support. I had someone on the line in about 3 minutes. Jayman logged into the site and troubleshot the issue with me. He pinpointed the problem and solved it in about 5 minutes, maybe a little longer because he double checked everything before hanging up with me. Keep up the great work and thank you!”

“I have had great chat support from Jayman Pandya several times now. I can find answers quickly and is willing to dig into my problem to really understand it. In 3 years of being a WPMUDEV member, I have used Support many times and always get the problem resolved. “Sohag Ronjon Dey, as our support agent, proved as the game changer. This guy fixed many of our issues related to security and performance issues for one of our most complex sites by going above and beyond. We have been with WPMUDEV for the last couple of years and hardly used their live support system. but this time we were desperate to fix them. This guy is just a magic wand. He did everything it takes to achieve what we wanted. Even he went all the way to the hosting system to fix. Amazing, Thanks really grateful to him and his company he works for. He is a true asset for WPMUDEV. Much appreciated.”
