Forminator - appreciate the generosity. The flexibility of the design. Openness with the coding: meaning it readily recognises other plugins I have on my site and add them to the list of action options. I had to say thanks for this because I have other difficulties due to other plugins that are more locked in themselves. So 5 stars for the generosity. Response has been ok so far too. Maybe anyone else out there could help convince them to start another LMS🤔😀? I have to at least try. You never know how the table might turn.

I have read a couple of bad reviews about WPMU, not many a but a few I think from a while ago mostly. I have not been a customer long but every time I have had an issue WPMU support has been awesome. Some issues ive been stuck on I have jumped on live chat to their team and they've gone above and beyond in helping me sort out my issues. Thanks WPMU!

Bhakti Rajdev was so patient and helpful, offering great insight about what I can do to improve using plugins smush and hummingbird. She spend lot of time and details explaining things and was very encouraging. Thanks Bhakti!

Support is is always very friendly and supportive. They stick with me to the end of each problem and offer solutions throughout the process. It's obvious that they care and they always escalate issues when necessary, as well as follow through with the dev team for feature updates.

Best support available. I have never left an interaction with tech support here at WPMU disappointed. They are knowledgable and very easy to work with. I absolutely recommend WPMU whenever the topics of WordPress and managed hosts come up. They have helped me through some tough situations. As a newbie, this is very important to me. I can't emphasize the value I receive from my membership enough. Thank you!

WPMU DEV communication is by far the best what I have experienced if you talk about mail support. Within 24hours they helped me with a little bug I experienced with Forminator, solved so easy like a sharp hot knife that goes through butter. Thanks for the support and looking forward to stick with them for a while.

The BEST WP WordPress Support Solution! I have been in the website space for a while and can't recommend the team at WPMDEV enough! No matter the support question the team help. So far my mind is truly blown by the level of service and support you get from such a low membership fee. Having paid dev teams for years I am so grateful I have finally found WPMUDEV! These guys rock! I'm just a small start up, and the amount of knowledge and support these guys offer is imperative to my success. I don't know how many times I nearly gave up before I moved over to WPMUDEV hosting, but now I am there I can just get on the chat line and a real human Technician is right there to help. They get into the back-end of your WordPress website and help out with plugin compatibility, database file modifications and multi-site quandaries. Thanks WPMUDEV (especially Rupok Chowdhury, Tech Support Ninja), I couldnt do it with out you guys!

Signed up to WPMU DEV on a 30-day trial as I wanted to test out their Smushit app to crunch photo sizes. I received lots of email communication throughout the trial from them. However, this wasn't the right product for me and I didn't want to continue - admittedly I should have proactively canceled the trial but they sent me a message telling me my card hadn't processed and that I would either need to "update my card details or click a link to reactivate the account" to continue using their services. Using the word "reactivate" would imply my account was no longer active right? This combined with complete silence from that day forward led me to believe my account was now closed. What actually happened was they attempted again to take payment the next day and this time succeeded - however this time, (surprise, surprise) no email confirmation was sent. I was never sent a follow-up email to tell me that my account had been reactivated. What company has a policy to send customers lots of email communications and then fall into complete silence and go underground once they start taking payments? What company has a policy to tell a customer when payments have failed but not when payments have gone through and to alert them they are now paying for an upgraded plan? A dishonest one in my opinion. A company with a business model that relies on people inadvertently signing up and not going through proper procedures of canceling. Whilst the onus was on me to go through the proper procedure, their misleading wording and underhand tactics have resulted in me losing hundreds and hundreds of dollars as it was some time before I noticed the money going out of my account. In my opinion, WPMU DEV does not put customers first and does not act with transparency and honesty. They have not apologised or accepted that there is a problem with their poor communications to new customers. I would avoid at all costs. Very shady.

Started with wpmudev back in 2015 and it was great for a while, but the increasing costs and plugins started to become more and more bloated. So I am was not sure it worth updating my credit card to keep my service. My subscription lapsed then I was debating reactivating my subscription to keep my sites updated, but the price has more than doubled again. Going from 200 per year to nearly 600. This is something I can not justify maybe if my sites made more money I could but I think I will have to find alternatives that do not keep increasing the cost.

Hey there, Thanks for your candid feedback, we appreciate that. Just to clarify, though, our prices haven't changed; in fact, they have been pretty much the same while the value of the membership itself has significantly increased over those years and not comparable. We now offer 10GB of Free Smush CDN Bandwidth, 10GB of Free, Secure cloud storage for backups, several new products, The new Hub, Managed Hosting (you even get $30 Free Hosting credits per month, which is like getting $360 bonus each year) and much more. The yearly plan back in 2015 (and even before that!) was $588, which is the equivalent amount you would pay right now too. The reason why you see that price difference is that you had an exclusive deal, and you needed to maintain your membership active in order to be grandfathered on that plan. You've also received several email notifications (6 in total) that warned you about the failed payments within around a span of 20 days, while you still had access to updates and downloads too. In any case, we do understand that not everyone has the same needs or requirements when it comes to the features that they get from premium membership, and we do hope that we will be able to fill in that gap as much as we can by offering more options down the line.
