“Working with Luis Lopes today was an absolute delight! He was extremely knowledgeable whilst helping me negotiate my "SmartCrawl" plugin. He was patient, informative and gently guided me through step-by-step instructions to "correct" all my "red flags". Thus allowing me to improve my overall SEO score from 83 to 90!!!!”

“Okay. So I was helped by Katya Tsihotska and she was *dialed*. Super-adept and clear. Kind, helpful, and most of all, *clarified* in her understanding and approach. There was the sense one gets one working with someone who *actually* understands what they're doing and is able to communicate it kindly and clear. For real. WPMUDEV is always great, yet she truly helped me out with what was, for our team, a major design thing that is now opened wide. You all rock. Thanks again :)”

“I was having an issue with my WP Smush Pro plugin. It was only registering as WP Smush (no Pro options and telling me to upgrade). Support was very fast and helpful. It took some digging but he finally figured out what the issue was and corrected it (an API refresh glitch). On another note, the email field is not accepting my email address as valid (even though it is the email my account is under - it's a *.design email address). You should probably update your email verification to allow for new domain extensions.”
