“A theme updated caused a Fatal Error on a client's website. Rupok Chowdhury helped me fix the issue through live chat in about 10 minutes. I wouldn't have figured it out on my own! Thank you very much”

“One of our customers sites is hosted on their servers, it came under a distributed attack, bringing the site to a real slow down. Contact their support and between us managed to find a common point that we could block and they quickly updated the web service, allowing the site to function properly again.”

“Had a third party developer making some modifications to my site. They bricked it where I couldn't login or view the frontend. Four minutes with Nahid and its back up, found the problem, and fixed it. Absolutely the bester service you could ever ask for. Seriously, WPMU service rivals that of Chik-fil-A.”
