“I've just received excellent support from Chris at wpmudev. I recently bought the Agency Unimited plan. It's a substantial investment for me, but I knew I needed the products and services they were offering. I'm used to companies promising the earth, but under delivering, but in this case I received exactly as described. Chris was quick to respond to my support request (as they all are). He logged into my site using admin and FTP credentials without delay and was able to diagnose the problem in record time. I encountered a Wordpress specific fault on my website at the time - nothing to do with wpmudev or their plugins and Chris quite happily helped to diagnose and resolve that problem at the same time. No quibble about it not being a wpmudev issue, he was just keen to make sure that my problem was resolved. It's early days, but so pleased I decided to invest in wpmudev in the kowledge that I have some great plugins, services (eg Hub) and the support of a team who actually want to help their customers - well done!”
