We absolutely recommend WPMU DEV. Their customer service is second to none. Juan Cuello and Mercedes Caldwell went out of their way to solve our problem. We were having a difficult time getting a payment go through for a promotion that they were running after going through the entire weekend we still could not get our payment to go thru. We contacted WPMU and Mercedes Caldwell checked in on the issue and emailed within a couple of hours and asked me to try and authenticate the payment once more. Once that had failed I connected with Juan Cuello and he checked on a few things. After all of the issues that took place and all of the billing problems WPMU decided to comp our payment and set us up for the year under the unlimited program that we were looking for. Needless to say, we are customers for life and WPMU has some of the best customer service in the land.

WPMUDEV is awesome in many different way - For starters their software is top-notch. It covers all the essentials to help automate and streamline the tedious aspects of the job. Secondly, the hosting is fast, secure and easy to use. Lastly, the support is amazing. Every time I have a problem big or small with anything ranging from simple billing questions all the way to fixing errors on my website that sometimes don't even apply to their suite of plugins. Big shoutout to Mercedes & Ohidul for always helping me out regardless of the problem.

You guys should change the content on this page BIG TIME https://premium.wpmudev.org/get-support/ It's a scam. The support used to be great a couple of years ago. But today, it's becoming a joke! Almost any and everything is out of scope and quite honestly, it's getting annoying having the same auto-generated message thrown at your clients pretty much all the time these days... "The amount of investigation required here will surpass our chat support scope. Please check if any of these can help... https://wingrove-services.co.uk/password-protected-pages-in-divi/ https://www.timeweb.co.uk/3419/divi-password-protected-pages-css-fix/ If not then I can only recommend to get in touch with your theme/plugin supplier or hire a developer who might do this for you. If you like to consider posting a job request. A Codeable.io would be a great place to start with (see our partners page for a nice discount: https://premium.wpmudev.org/partners/) " Your membership cost is way too expensive if clients have to get support from the above links for every support request.

Hey there, Thanks for your candid feedback and really sorry that you feel this way. We reviewed the chat that you had with our support team in extend, and we would like to clarify that while we try to help as much as we can, debugging a custom developed theme using a 3rd party plugin (Divi) that breaks basic WordPress functionality would be outside of our support scope: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#support-community-tips Our staff also did a quick search and found out that other users using Divi experienced similar issues with Password Protected Pages, so they provided you with more resources (which also included fixes from other members on similar issues) in case you wanted to try those out. We're sad to hear that you are disappointed with the level of support that we offer, but we do place those guidelines to better serve all of our customers.

I needed some assistance relating to my account settings/membership billing, and as usual the support staff, in particular Juan Cuello, have assisted in clearing up all issues in a very timely manner (< 5 minutes). Definitely a godsend to have such a great support staff in those situations when you don't know where to turn to. Thanks again for your support, Juan!

I have had the opportunity to work with their Support twice during my trial and gosh they are true Superheroes. I work for a small-time company, and I ended up loving the trial but didn't select the correct plan when I started off. I chatted with Support via live chat, and my trial was extended so I could try everything I needed to present WPMU DEV to my decision-makers. I was given three additional days, as that's all I needed. The end of my free trial ended up charging me for the date it was originally set to renew. I reached out to Support just to confirm, or see if I was mistaken about the extension. Well, I was offered a refund of $9, or to trial run the package, I actually needed, for 1 month. I didn't have to beg, or plead, or get upset. They went above and beyond to make this right. Now I have all the tools I need, and I have a full MONTH to gather the data and present my argument. Also, during my trial, our website happened to have a glitch with an update. The dashboard through WPMU DEV saved me from reaching out to my IT to fix the issue. One-click fix. HA!

24/7 support to e v e r y problem im faced since start to work with them, never worked with wordpress and changed from another host company to wpmudev just because of all the features and support they offer, could not imagine work with another one anymore.
