“WPMU DEV's support has to be one of the best in the industry. Truly friendly, patient and helpful support staff are right there for you 24/7/365. You'll never feel like you're talking to a robot that gives you canned responses. These are real people with really good knowledge of WordPress. They not only support their own products, they will help you with any WordPress related issue you might have. Not many competitors can say the same.”

“Patrick Cohen was outstanding! My business just launched a marketing campaign and performance tuning was still required. He was knowledgeable to fix my problem and provide advice on things I can do to further improve my site. He alone would be the reason I keep premium services here. Nice to work with, too the point and very professional! I have him 10 stars!!!”

“What do you do when you accidentally blacklist your own IP address on a Friday evening after 7pm? Well, unless you use WPMU DEV, you are up a creek. But with the amazing support from the Nahid and the support team, I had access to a chat with no wait, super helpful support, and my access has been restored. Highly recommended tools and support for anyone developing or using Wordpress.”
