“In 90 minutes, Kris did an extraordinary job of fixing one big problem with many little ramifications. His knowledge and skill were evident. I also felt he was a very kind communicator. And I also wish to flag his attitude, as I hoped he would do a lot... and he did all I asked and one more head-scratcher that was related, something I found at the end. What magnificent work! I'm grateful.”

“Rupok was able to move around some "chunks" on one of my pages. I decided to wait until later to completely smooth out the job, but the main part was done. Great attitude! Asked good questions!”

“The support is amazing. They have knowledgeable and proactively helpful support staff who will work with you on live chat to resolve issues. Usually there's no wait time at all to chat with support too. It's great to have them 'on your team'.”

“Awesome support, no queues, always helpful, extremely knowledgable, and what you get for your money is phenomenal with WPMU DEV (and invaluable if you run a WordPress multisite).
