“The customer support is simply amazing, never experienced anything like that, the responsiveness, the depth of support... I've just spent about 3 hours on the chat with wonderful chap Patrick Cohen, going through multitude of issues after my initial request and he was great with providing me with help on any topic I randomly brought into the convo. Would probably KMS without WPMU. Happy to work with them even more in the future.”

“The guy who work there are top notch, need help with their plugins ? sure no problem they are there to help .. need help with something else not related to their plugin they are there to to give a helping hand even though its not related to their products. just top notch”

“Oh my God! I just met a wonderful man - Patrick Cohen. Patrick helped me fix issues I wouldn't dream of being able to fix by myself. He stuck with for many hours to make sure the problems were solved. Patrick is very smart, he is very patient and very TENACIOUS. I am so grateful to him. “I was desperate to get this WPMU DEV plugin installed due to a weird glitch from our web server. I tried for 2 hours and then finally reached out to online support. Patrick Cohen is THE MAN! He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped me get the plugin properly uploaded to my dashboard - and now I am all set to move onto my work. It took about 15 minutes. Thanks for saving the rest of my Saturday & for a great experience Patrick!”

“The Support was above expectations, and was definitely a 'hair pulling' issue for me. It was however resolved with the expertise of a trained WP Surgeon. He was patient, concise and obviously knew EXACTLY where that pesky 'needle in the haystack' was. Thank you!”
