“The person attended our garage door was very professional. Even called me up before he comes on Saturday morning as he clarified more on the additional charges for the 15 min appointment. The only thing I am not too happy is the Saturday rate but it is what it is.”

“The installer was very good. A few things though. The install coordinator said he would be there at 0830. Didn’t arrive until after 9. But rang me to tell him what I wanted and sent photos as he did the instal. The other thing was my wife had to assist him in hanging the gates and lost 2 hours of her work day. Not good organisation from your end. Knowing gauges were being installed.”

“The installation of garage door was very professional and the product they provide looks good and works well after installation. The biggest disappointment was the initial call for them to come out and fix the old door but when they saw it they immediately realised that it was beyond repair and said they would give me a quote for a new installation but then they charged me for a service. To their credit when I told this story they discounted their quoted price by the amount of the service and their installed product looks really good.”
