“My garage door roller motor started showing signs of strain and found WR Engineering through an internet search. Upon a short research on similar and nearby businesses, I decided to proceed with WR Engineering. And I’m glad that I did. They provided clear information about what’s involved with their services, about what options I could take. Initially I wanted to make a non-urgent appointment for inspection however my partner felt that our garage door requires a more urgent attention. The staff at WR Engineering we’re able to accomodate our last minute appointment changes. In the end, we now have a superior (previously installed garage door motor was of poor and cheap quality) and locally made product and we are all about supporting the local economy. Our engagement with WR Engineering from start to finish was very pleasant and professional, from the young girl who served and dealt with our schedule and Enquiries professionally, to the young man who visited us onsite to replace our garage door motor, including additional garage door maintenance on the spot. Thank you to everyone at WR Engineering!!!!”

“WR Engineering did a great job on replacing the garage door remote system, however, I think it's unreasonable to expect me to pay a service fee of $160.00 twelve months after paying nearly $1,000.00 to have a new system installed. Kind regards, Jennifer Watson”

“Very simply, I purchased a garage from WR Engineering almost 40 years ago and it has served me well. Just recently I needed assistance with my tilt-a -door (part of the locking mechanism had failed). WR Engineering replaced the faulty part and the door is now working perfectly. The repairman was both friendly and professional so I am well pleased with the outcome. Cheers Lloyd”
