“This was my second job with WRE. I highly recommend them; professional from day 1 to day 0. Timely, they advised me a time estimate and stuck to it. If there was an issue, they contacted me straight away and gave me advise as to options. Lastly, they where not expensive, and they had payment options if finance was a bit tight.”

“Just had 74 metres of colorbond fencing around our backyard. Happy with the price, the quality and the finished look. Davide, our installer is an absolute machine, really knows his stuff and a very professional tradie. Great work Davide. Getting another quote for more fencing and totally recommend WR Engineering.”

“I have used WR Engineering for 43 years - during which time they have built gates, car ports , fences and a rampus room. I would recommend them any day. Of late I had a night mare experience with another vendor who lacked customer focus and cheated me . My deposit was taken and ready to install adiscarded gate. Such vendors also lack customer care and are ruthless and penny pinching .”

“Second time I've used WR Engineering. First time was to adjust my garage roller door. Came around at arranged time and fixed the door better than new. Second time was to supply and install a Colorbond fence. I got a quote and then had to 'negotiate' with the neighbours to get them to contribute half the cost and also to discuss colour. Neighbors thought that price was too expensive so got another quote from another company which turned out to be dearer! Fast forward 12 months and I rang WR to book a time to have it done and to see if the price had changed. They agreed to honour the price even though they said there had been a small increase in the wholesale price. Old paling fence was pulled down and new Colorbond one was put up in less than a day. Great job and great price”

“I had an automatic garage door installed by WR Engineering quite a number of years ago & the installation process went smoothly & was competitively priced at that time. For many years, I never experienced any problems at all with the door - it all operated very smoothly & I just had some regular "check-up" servicing done by WR Enginering when required. Earlier this year, one of the doors' arms broke, so the door could not open or otherwise function properly, & could not be pushed open manually either. Following a call to WR Engineering, a visit was promptly arranged within a day or 2, to take a look at the door & try to fix it on the spot, if possible. The 2 repair staff that attended from WR Engineering were very pleasant & helpful. They turned up at the allotted time & were able to fix the dor on the spot & much more quickly than I had expected. They also confirmed they had given the door a "general service" as well (which was a nice bonus - as it was probably in need of a general service). Everything now appeared to be working well. Before they left I tested the door using one of the remote control units & it all seemed to be functioning well again. The cost of the repair & service was also a lot less than I expected. I normally just open & close the garage door using the remote control unit - but a couple of days later I had cause to use the overhanging switch inside the garage to open the garage door. It was then I discovered that this switch was not working to open the door - & unfortunately I had not tested it out properly when the 2 repair staff had visited a couple of days earlier. So I rang WR Engineering again & they promptly arranged another visit (still under warranty from the previous visit - so at no additional cost to me). The staff member came out at the scheduled time & it turned out to be a very quick fix & a case of opening the switch to replace the battery inside (I did not even realise the switch could be opened & that there was a battery inside). And that follow-up visit was at no cost to me. So I've been very happy with my garage door from WR Engineering & the follow up repairs & servicing that they've done for me over the years - which has really been minimal, considering the number of years I've had the garage door. It's all been a very problem-free experience.”
