“Third service done by WR and the replacement of the motor of our roller door. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. The technician was super friendly. All went superbly well. No complaints whatsoever. I do recommend this Caompany without hesitation.”

“Your company is the only one we would use to service our garage. The problem is the cost. Emergency call out $370 surprised us. No way, we can afford ($2550) to get one garage back working. We will just open and close the door manually.”

“Had the WR Engineering guys service our garage door last week and they were amazing. On time, professional and talked me through what can (and does) go wrong with my model, as well as showing me how to do some basic maintenance myself. Had a good yack to the bloke, and thoroughly liked the experience. A great local business doing things right...and at a decent price. I wouldn't go to anyone else now, and highly recommend them.”

“One of the springs broke on our panel lift garage door. WR Engineering inspected it and determined the correct springs for replacement and provided a quote, then ordered a pair (the original springs were 18 years old). The new springs arrived as promised in about two weeks and WR arranged a suitable time for fitting them. We were kept well informed through the process, Replacement of the springs and servicing the door was done very efficiently. The door now works very well and is quieter than it had ever been. Standard of work is great and WR kept us fully informed at all times, plus their service guy was very easy to deal with. I fully recommend WR Engineering for any garage door issues.”

“The Team at WR were great from start to finish. They made the selection and installation seem less. The install team were great and any minor modification was done to suit the needs of the customer. Overall would recommend for any fence installation being considered.”

“Thought I would have to replace an old Roller door, only to find when I sent photos of the problem to WR Engineering that it could be fixed. They were quick to respond and had a serviceman out within a couple of days. Took about 15 minutes to fix the problem and made the door go up and down like new. Very happy with WR Engineering.”
