“Very pleased with all aspects of the engagement with WR. The initial contact by telephone, the willingness to fit in with our availability, the call to say the serviceman was on the way, THE ARRIVAL ON THE DAY AND AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING, the pleasantness and efficiency of the person who replaced the motor on our door… it was all excellent”

“We got three quotes for a relatively small job. Two people we got quotes from didnt even bother to come out to measure up the job. They were only slightly more expensive than the other two quotes but we went with WR Engineering because they actually came to our house to talk is through the options and measure up the job. The installers were super professional and we are very happy with the quality of the job as well as the service. Sometimes i think paying the little bit extra for a guaranteed qulatiy job is worth it.”

“Excellent service - the guys were friendly, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed our garage door issue quickly. The only minus would be the telephone message system - I'd recommend going in to see them in person if you have time.”

“I love working with WR Engineering and in particular, for servicing my rolla-doors. Muhammad came out right on time, did a great job of explaining what he was going to do, why and then talked me through it once he was done. Doors are back to working like brand new.”
