“Installation completed by Daniel, who was extremely courteous and helpful. He resolved installation problems, which occurred as a result measurement errors from the initial quote, within a day and was willing to assist in resolving a problem before final payment. I would recommend WR Engineering if asked.”

“Our colorbond rear fence was erected speedily in less than one day. That was helpful as we have a larger dog. A few problems arose. There is a slight misalgnment at one end but that is not a problem. The site was left untidy on both sides with partly filled pole holes, concrete patches and small clay spoil mounds. My neighbour also noted these. Larger gaps at the bottom of the fence on a lower ground section of the fence line I was able to fill with lengths of 3x2 timber on hand. The old fence material was removed on the day, an improvement over earlier fence installations. Generally satisfactory.”

“Very professional service no doubt about it. Only complaint I have that not getting automatic reminder for yearly service. I am with you last five years, every year I remind for automatic reminder but no action from your end.”

“We are really happy with the new doors and mentioned to the installer how impressed we were with the communication by your company. Everything was explained in detail until it came to connecting the doors to electricity. Nobody had mentioned that we would need a separate electrician and therefore none was organised. Luckily our trusted sparky, whom we have been using for years, had a cancellation that day and was able to come in the afternoon to connect the doors to power. It would have been helpful to have known that the installer is not able to do the electrical work required in advance. Thank you!”

“Your representative was on time, very polite. The roller door works although rather noisy. I've been told that this comes with age and there are apparently limitations in regard to cleaning the door. Over the years there is a lot of grit and dirt that accumulates.”
