Some of the clothing is really nice. Some are overpriced for the basic cut and styles they offer. But I stopped purchasing from Wrap about 4 years ago for the issue pointed out by another reviewer: if you leave a review that is less than 5-stars, they will not post it. When I emailed customer service about this, they simply did not respond, so I asked to be removed from the mailing list.

Just got the Midwinter 2024 catalogue and am appalled by the anorexic models. It’s not a good look, and a most unhealthy image to be projecting as a company. Will be returning the catalogue and requesting removal from your mailing list.

I have put an order for a dress a month ago on 14 September and have been waiting to be dispatched for a month now. I am waiting for an expensive dress not knowing event if I will love it. I find your delivery service is very poor indeed. It is not coming from another PLANET after all!

?? What is with these bad reviews?? They have excellent quality clothes; very becoming styles. Excellent customer service. They are expensive, yes; and shipment to the US is not fast. ~But I have been a satisfied customer for years. ~~ I am not sure what all these crabby complaints are about . . .

I received a catalog and was shocked at the sickly, anorexic models. What a terrible example to set for young women! Then I looked for a phone number to ask to be removed from their mailings list and there isn’t one. I don’t even want this catalog in our house around my daughters.

I’ve just received their catalog and am shocked at how skinny the models are. One obviously has an eating disorder. Really puts me off the company and I would buy anything from them. Poor choices.

Wrap is my most favourite shop - it is so easy to order and send back if necessary - have just bought a gorgeous dress which I wore today and was given so many compliments and queried where I had purchased it - also a great blouse which again all my friends love - my winter coat was also a hot favourite with me and others - thank you I am a happy and contented purchaser

Something fishy about this company. Firstly they make all their clothes in China, but charge us customers in the UK an exorbitant amount. Secondly, I submitted some scathing reviews 2 months back on an item of clothing, and it doesn't appear on their website for that piece of clothing! They clearly filter their reviews to only the 'good' ones or perhaps the 'politely bad' ones. I now realise that I cannot trust ANY of their clothing as their reviews are filtered! Be aware of buying anything from Wrap London and their sister company Poetry Fashion!!

Just like someone else here, I know nothing about this company and never bought from them, so how come they have my personal details against GDPR? I never consented to receiving thier catalogues which they keep bombarding me with.

I just came back from Spain and found so many beautiful styles over there that I decided to check into other clothes directly from Europe. I came across Wrap London and see that they have very lovely styles in Linen and organic 100% cottons. This is especially difficult to find in the USA. The one style was far better than it looked in the picture...very lovely medium weight shorts in 100% linen. Perfect fit. The second pair were in a heavier weight cotton and was not 100% my taste. This one looked better in the pictures than when I received it. It was nice and I will likely wear these shorts all summer long. The issue is I live in Georgia and generally I would not prefer heavy weight shorts for summer. I would have ordered the linen pair of shorts in two colors.. Might go back and order another color in linen.

Have been buying Wrap London for years - mostly good - but just bought the most expensive linen dress ever. Totally disappointed! Terrible quality linen - like a tea towel Hem not straight- sagging on left side Honestly could have bought in a cheap seaside market. What has happened to your quality?

Clothing is very high quality. Lovely colors Beautiful, comfortable, natural fabrics. This is not fast fashion. My only complaint is the length of the dresses/skirts/pants are too long, I am 5'2", and have to be altered. One of my favorite places to buy clothes.

I simply tried to return an expensive pare of pants that my mom ordered before she unexpectedly passed away. I was mislead, misinformed and strung along during the entire ultimately unsuccessful process. This company is unprofessional and unethical. Avoid.

I know nothing about this company they are sending me a catalogue what a waste not my style or taste. In this day and age with such concern for waste it is just ridiculous.

I have been buying Wrap London for years. I love the cotton/hemp tops the wash well. No shrinkage and last for years. It is very easy to return or exchange an item. The delivery is quick and the price is typical for quality clothing. I have not been unhappy with Wrap London.

I paid over a 100. For a sweatshirt for daughter for christmas last year , there was a 2 ! Inch difference in the lengths of the sleeves! I was mortified but had traveled out of country with it, too difficult to return!

really very expensive and unfortunately very poor quality clothing I ordered a linen cardigan - the fabric was really thin there was a huge rip down the front seam making it totally unwearable to be fair I did receive a prompt refund although I had to request the refund of my delivery costs which otherwise I wouldn’t have received ( just quote the Consumer Credit Regulations 2013 - companies are legally obliged to refund this regardless of the reason you returned the goods ) I wouldn’t buy from Wrap London again - there are way better companies out there

An expensive coat described as a 'utility parka' made of waxed cotton leaked after I wore it for half an hour in heavy rain. Useless. These look good but they are pretend clothes that don't hold up to normal wear.

Their clothes look good online; however, what you see is not what you get. The quality is totally different. Thx U

Like the previous review I shopped often on the wrap website. Pricey-yes but lovely materials &styles. Therefore I gasped when I opened the latest catalogue. I know boho is in but do we all need to look like prison warders? Dreadful styling. Sorry but I think I’ll sit this catalogue out
