“Some of the clothing is really nice. Some are overpriced for the basic cut and styles they offer. But I stopped purchasing from Wrap about 4 years ago for the issue pointed out by another reviewer: if you leave a review that is less than 5-stars, they will not post it. When I emailed customer service about this, they simply did not respond, so I asked to be removed from the mailing list.”

“The sizes are all over the place! I spent ages on the phone speaking to an agent to ensure I received the proper sizes, based on garment measurement and still had to ship the entire lot back for an exchange! The next sizes were better but not perfect. I tried exchanging again but by this time my credit card company was thinking it was fraud and did not authorize the advance exchange so I didn’t get my new size shipped out in time. Nobody from the company alerted me to this so I had to cancel the exchange because we were going away. Basically they are cheaply made clothes with inaccurate sizing and poor customer service. The sales agents here in the US did not have a way of confirming the sale or shipping out the garments since everything is done in England. There is no way to communicate with the folks in England either so you have to deal with the agents here.”
