Measured to perfection however decided to plan kitchen without a radiator which we were expecting to keep but can understand why they did it as it would of been impossible to repair if needed to once kitchen was fitted....Had a side panel missing but customer service was quick and easy receiving part 1 week later...I would recommend wren good quality and a positive experience.

At the Kirkcaldy branch today Polite friendly staff especially Imran Ali who took time to do our design but more than most salesmen when shopping listened to what we wanted very impressed, although we haven't taken the final plunge just yet Wrens looking to be the most promising from what we have looked at so far for our summer project.

Not impressed with the after care and service in the shop. You get what you pay for. Will not have another wren kitchen or recommend them to others. Once bitten you avoid from now on. Now going legal for advice

The service I received at Wren was superb. From being met at the door to choosing my kitchen, installation and after service. Wren are very experienced and plan every step of the process expertly. Their staff are professionals and remain courteous throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Delivered on time, all complete no missing parts, appeared good quality, 5 stars at the time but : 2 years on and a couple of the units, draw and cupboard front, the paint underneath the high gloss exterior has begun to deteriorate quite badly so now looks like has milky looking stains which is very disappointing.

Extremely pleased with the result! Christian Carcalea looked after us from beginning to end, and was always very responsive to the queries we had. Great experience in the show room and great 4D gadgets to visualize the room. Fitters were good, worked extremely hard and the completed the job in good time. A few damaged doors on delivery but Wren replaced quickly and fitters returned in good time to refit and make right. End result is fantastic and would highly recommend Wren to friends and family, I would happily use them again. Thank you for my dream kitchen Wren (and Christian)!!!

Check your plans carefully. The panorama images and VR suit are not accurate and two designers failed to point out that the worktop would not be long enough and would need to be joined. Not good with woods as it doesn’t hid well. Although it was in the plans. The second measurement wasn’t done as they said there was room for filler between cupboards But worktop not mentioned so make sure that gets done also. I was told by them they have no returns policy, once you’ve signed that’s it and they failed to get back to me as promised. Shame because the rest of the kitchen looks lovely. Disappointed.

They have very bad and rude customer… They have very bad and rude customer… They have very bad and rude customer service. they can not solve the mistake from their own side. they force you to pay again for wrong units which was done by their designer. do not choose them at all. we are in a process of complaining. I will engage my solicitor and trading standard to deal with this matter.

Our Dream Kitchen 🥂 We would like to say” Big Shout out to BILLY KELLY our fitter whom went above and beyond our expectations! We loved having him and his team in our home we can’t praise him enough!!!.. we would also like to say “ Thank You!!! to Ryan our Designer(Warrington Branch) to whom made us feel at ease from the word go! and for putting up with me changing my mind?! On a few occasions, Also to all the people behind the scenes who you don’t get to me personally but helped in the running and helping us achieve our Dream Kitchen 🥰 Thank you!! Wren@Warrington

Do not waste your time or your money. If I could score less than a one I would. Where do I start. After being told we can have the kitchen we want on our second visit to the shop and spending three hours choosing our kitchen. A further six wasted trips coming in to you to sort ot out and try to pay, then to be told can not have the kitchen as we want and need to move our boiler. When your manager at leicester said it was fine on our second visit. Who clearly doesn't care about being honest and customers just to get your money. On to the delivery date firstly you changed to date which was arranged on my day off got a reason, so my husband has had to take time off work. Secondly when the delivery van arrives it's an 18 tone van is which is too big for my street which was told to you. Having to get the whole street to move their vehicles. Thirdly you fit team let is down on the Friday before having fitted on the monday. Meaning we had to find our own work men to complete the electric work. Fourthly your have broke my contact as it was stated the work needed be be completed by 29/11/19. Even now past its deadline and the fit team starting on the 9/12/19 we find damage and wrong parts sent. And today they have not even turned up. Then cupboard doors do no even hang level and to have a cupboard with piece cut out which is not needed. I have not been without a working kitchen four weeks and 12 days after in the contract was to be completed relying on takeaways and laundrettes. Who's going to pay for that? Your communication within your own company is shocking my husband has been project manager on this. Asking him if has contacted and spoken to different people throughout this journey, it is not his job in yours. This is the worst sevice ever. I am getting ready to tell you come and collect your kitchen and give me a refund

Our kitchen designer, Imran, from the Kirkcaldy (Fife) branch gave excellent service from start to finish. On our many visits to change and discuss things, he was the ultimate in patience. He designed us an amazing kitchen at a very fair price and helped us all the way. I will recommend Imran to all my friends and family. Thank you, Imran.

Beware of using this company! We were due to have our worktops installed 3 days ago, we both took the day off work and arranged child care for our youngest. Booked a plumber early that morning to disconnect our taps, electrician booked for that evening and carpenter also booked for the next day. We received a voicemail from Wren at 10:30am to say our worktops could not be located and no one would be fitting them, but we would have new install date by the end of that day, then we were told 48 hours, we heard nothing. This is where things get really bad. Nobody at Wren will take ownership of the situation and provide you with updates, instead you have to phone Wren for updates, being on hold for 20 mins is common. Absolutely awful service when things go wrong, avoid at all costs.
