“The quality of what Wren sent to me was good. The fitting by one of their chosen fitting company was prompt and good quality. There were some issues concerning communication with the installation department but this was sorted very efficiently by one of their senior managers who was at pains to contact me and get to the bottom of the problem that I was experiencing. A quality kitchen that was fitted well and a system of monitoring after my initial complaint that was effectively dealt with”

“Very good customer service which was essential as a few doors had slight marks on them on arrival. Replacement doors were delivered within the week with no annoying questions asked or fingers pointed! Very happy with the quality of the kitchen and the selection and design appointment was excellent.”

“Very prompt in carrying out room measurements and initial planning appointment to make the most of their current offer. Knowledgable designer with great ideas, but also open to suggestions. Delivered on time. Cost of fitting by Wren pricey compared to sourcing own so not fitted by them. However, enjoying kitchen 6 months on.”

“Nice kitchen with secure doors etc. Delivery was made on time and service was good. Only issue was missing parts for a cabinet but these were sent very quickly when Wren were contacted. Would recommend.”

“Despite our original kitchen designer leaving Wren before we finalised our designs we found that the service was fantastic throughout. The designers were knowledgeable and identified potential issues and offered sensible advise. Our only gripe was that the delivery men who brought the kitchen into the house were very muddy and did not put down any protection. Thankfully they did not cause any lasting damage. We were supply only (as we found fitting costs to be expensive and had a lot of other work to be done) so I cannot comment on the Wren fitters, but everything on the plan was delivered as described.”

“The Wren showroom in Norwich is a very professional setup. It is nicely spaced and the displays are of a high very high standard. During our visit, we found the staff to be freely available for advice, without being too pushy. Our Kitchen Designer, Daniel, was extremely helpful and understood our priorities from the outset. Although we are an unusual customer, in that our kitchen is in France, he made sure we had everything that was required for an accurate quote. Having had the quote emailed to home, and on checking the price of some of the white goods and worktops etc locally, we elected to alter the quote with Wren, which was easily achieved.”

“Kitchen is fantastic quality. Can not fault it. And appliances are amazing Have to say the after sales service leaves room to be desired. Felt like was passed from pillar to post. Took installers over two months to complete and after 5 months the rubbish still wasn’t removed Overall the kitchen looks and functions great. But given some of the hassle I’m not sure I would use their installation service.”
