If I paid for made to measure kitchen units why did the fitter use a saw ,( a blunt one at that ! ) I was told units ready made ! A simple job of slotting them in ? Why was I shown my kitchen as having a lovely extractor fan and I ended up with a badly fitted one! Not the one I was shown on my kitchen plans ?
