“I just returned a book from wordery that I was completely disappointed when received. It was typically a 4A print out which I could have done myself. I was expected a proper book. I paid 7.92 pounds and since the company doesn't do return label, I had to pay extra 4 something to just send it back so in essence I only get 3 ish pounds of my money back which is outrageous. It is false advertising. Should mention clearly that I will be getting print out instead I emailed them, they asked me for my receipt thinking they going to compensate but they didn't. So I thought I should review them here and report them.”
“Third time wearing the soles started to tear off. Very disappointing. Customer service said to clean them. That certainly won’t help. For the price I expected to have better quality.”
“Very good company to deal with. They didn’t quite have enough of the fabric l needed. I couldn’t find a similar fabric on their site so l opted for a refund. My money was refunded to my credit card almost immediately!

The repair man/Rob contacted me, I told him my dishwasher door springs had broken, eliminating the need for an initial call out. I sent him a photo of the serial number and model of appliance and parts were available for fitting 2 days later.
Rob contacted with a time, which was accurate. On arrival, was incredibly polite and efficient, fixing my intergrated dishwasher door in no time. Paid by bank transfer while here.
So easy!

The engineer arrived in the timeframe given, called me before to tell me he was on his way, he was very polite and efficient.
