“Excellent from enquiry to finish!
The repair man/Rob contacted me, I told him my dishwasher door springs had broken, eliminating the need for an initial call out. I sent him a photo of the serial number and model of appliance and parts were available for fitting 2 days later.
Rob contacted with a time, which was accurate. On arrival, was incredibly polite and efficient, fixing my intergrated dishwasher door in no time. Paid by bank transfer while here.
So easy!

“I would recommend using NAC, pricing is very reasonable, no hidden charges, or money upfront. The engineer arrived in the timeframe given, called me before to tell me he was on his way, he was very polite and efficient. He explained the problem, repaired it, then gave me advice on how to prevent the problem happening again. Excellent service all round.”
“Absolutely shocking!! Ordered flowers to be delivered 1st October, tracked on Royal mail, they were in the Midlands then in Cardiff, we live in Essex!!! Now 3rd October still no flowers!!! Customer service was polite but could only offer a replacement to be delivered tomorrow. I send quite a few bunches of flowers of the year, and will most definitely not be using this company again!!! Also the flowers don't look fresh. I paid 62 pounds for a bouquet of flowers that I could easily have found in the supermarket.

“We had an issue with a hose erupting. The first time we emailed and got a very quick response and replacement. Unfortunately the replacement hose burst as well. This time round I've emailed twice and it's been over 1.5 to 2 weeks without any response. Not impressed any more. We actually asked if there was another hose they sold to replace as we are accumating garden hoses that don't work. Hate to throw in the garbage but have no choice. Consider another company for a garden hose.”

“Shockingly expensive and useless product. Over promised and under delivered. Just small half moon sticky patches that you apply to your eyelids. Uncomfortable and just moved the skin elsewhere. A bit like when you wear support pants! Letās face it, it has to go somewhere. Donāt bother. Either grow old gracefully / disgracefully, or have a surgery!”
“VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR ON SITE STAFF FROM HILLARYS BLINDS
They sent an employee who couldnāt even measure correctly for four remote blinds. When the blinds arrived they didnāt fit. I could go on but thereās not enough space! The issue took months to resolve and ultimately I had to accept a ādiscountedā price rather than keep dragging the issues forward. I was passed between different members of staff; there should be one person who picks up the issues from day one then sees it through to a satisfactory outcome. I will never use Hillaryās again and would suggest buyers looking for satisfactory products and good customer service look elsewhere.”
