“A surprise delivery was received on Saturday 11 May from my son, who has used this company on various occasions to send me flowers. Unfortunately I was not at home to accept delivery and did not discover the box of almost dead flowers wedged behind a large plant pot until late afternoon Monday 13 May. You can imagine how upset and disappointed I was. Surely it would not have been too difficult to pop a note through the letterbox, as so many companies do now.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered today to my sisters work place, where I should state workers are there from 8.15am, When I eventually got through to delivery cs. They said they attempted delivery and left a calling card. This so untrue. I then was told I would get a call back, and did not, I emailed Prestige, they said un reply to contact delivery company, which this afternoon I have had six attempts to get to speak to anybody in person, just automated service. Now my flowers have gone to a depot, which will now be a day old, I eventually got to change address to her home address, but it has to be tomorrow and today was a special day for her not tomorrow. Prestige said it was to late to cancel order. So I have had to agree with tomorrow for delivery. I feel very upset with mainly the delivery company, but I would of thought Prestige would have a bit more in this matter.”

“I went to Roy's for some bags of Garden Compost. The bags were too heavy for me, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They got a trolley, put the bags on, took it to the checkout, then to my car and put the bags in for me. Nothing was too much trouble. I will always use Roy's. Thank you. Chris”
“We recently purchased a Palram Palermo 4300 Gazebo from Garden Street. The service was amazing - delivery on time and very helpful delivery staff who put the very heavy box exactly where I asked them to. The product is amazing - it took 2 of us a weekend to put it up but the instructions were excellent and we are so happy that we chose this gazebo. It has transformed our garden and given us a brilliant outdoor room. Would definitely recommend this product and would purchase from Garden Street again.”
