Never use this company again. Flowers nothing like ordered very disappointed

We had an issue with a hose erupting. The first time we emailed and got a very quick response and replacement. Unfortunately the replacement hose burst as well. This time round I've emailed twice and it's been over 1.5 to 2 weeks without any response. Not impressed any more. We actually asked if there was another hose they sold to replace as we are accumating garden hoses that don't work. Hate to throw in the garbage but have no choice. Consider another company for a garden hose.

My partner recently purchased (upgraded) the Tampa earrings and when they arrived he was very disappointed. Considering the amount he paid they are very small and when you compare to the picture the metal looks very flimsy.

I had booked a day2 test. emirates flight some issue didn’t allow us. I can’t arrive here so my day2 test kit return about open and damage. I also confirm the mail we are Nt arrive here. But confirm testing can’t reply our mail. Please refund our money. Reference no is CONFI0086619 and CONFI0086620

The phone is not working and we have called every day and getting no help. Not got return details sent and now every time we call told system down! 2 weeks now with no action

I ordered flowers to be delivered today to my sisters work place, where I should state workers are there from 8.15am, When I eventually got through to delivery cs. They said they attempted delivery and left a calling card. This so untrue. I then was told I would get a call back, and did not, I emailed Prestige, they said un reply to contact delivery company, which this afternoon I have had six attempts to get to speak to anybody in person, just automated service. Now my flowers have gone to a depot, which will now be a day old, I eventually got to change address to her home address, but it has to be tomorrow and today was a special day for her not tomorrow. Prestige said it was to late to cancel order. So I have had to agree with tomorrow for delivery. I feel very upset with mainly the delivery company, but I would of thought Prestige would have a bit more in this matter.
